Like, does ADP do your company's benefits and payroll, and even employment law stuff?

My old company used ADP, they handled payroll for sure, and did a great job. I miss using their product, far superior to others

We use ADP for payroll, but that's it.

We use it. Get an e-mail for every paystub and W2. Really convenient.

I used to work for them. Their small business and major accounts business platform was old and antiquated and there is no one-on-one customer service to ensure a resolution to completion.

Far better options out there, i.e. Netchex.

Where? I used to work for the in the National Accounts. I have heard some pretty inredible stories about president's club from the small business and major accounts levels. Were you in a position to know about president's club and some of the stories?

if you pay premiums to ADP, do you get legal services? I think I've heard that.

Check into Insperity as well for a comparison.

My experience witv ADP is that its a raquet. You pay for every little add-on. A small to medium sized conpany will get vharged out the arse for what is seemingly basic service.

The reps are also treated like dirt but the good thing is your ADP rep this week will be your Monster/CareerBuilder rep next week.
