I loved these games. I used to play Descent co-op with a buddy over dial-up back in the day.
Descent 3 was fun too.

Download dxx rebirth, it's basically a modernized port of descent that allows for online play

Cool. I didn't know about that. I might have to check that out.
I remember I bought "Descent" and "Star Wars: Dark Forces" on the same day (I think they even released on the same day) and despite being a huge Star Wars fan I couldn't stop playing Descent.
