What are your go to food apps while on the road. I landed a new job a month ago and can eat wherever while on the road. Would love to hear what everyone uses to find restaurants. My two so far are TripAdvisor and TVFoodMaps.

TIA

Speaking of asking locals I heard a great way to phrase it the other day. Ask where they go for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries to help them guide you to top notch places.

Chefs Feed is a good one, chow.com is a good website to check out places to eat as well

Yelp
Foodspotting
Eater if you're traveling to larger cities, their hot lists are usually pretty decent, at least here in Houston

I use this or an app called Around Me.

Both work very well.
