Just got through watching bill marher (sp?) and it brought me to this thought. I'd love to see John Stewart, bill Marher and dennis miller go at it in a debate. They are funny, intelligent, and call their own parties out on stupidity.

Thoughts on all comedians please

Nonetheless, it would be funny and entertaining. All these guys are very talented.

I don't know how many people here watch "Red Eye", but Andy Levy would wreck shite in a debate w/ those guys.

Miller and Levy would agree on almost everything.

Marher is really good as a comedian and can handle his own in a debate. Might not be fair to miller since he would be the only conservative. But I couldn't think of another republican to put in there.

He interviewed Gavin Newsom about a year ago and it turned into a debate about minorities stuck in poverty. He f'n destroyed Newsom. Which was pretty easy when you are taking the position that urban poverty is mostly caused by fatherless kids. Newsom couldn't go there for political reasons.

We'll have to agree to disagree.

I'd watch Joe Rogan. I'm not really interested in the others.

Jon Stewart does not know the difference between the national debt and a deficit. He thought Bill Clinton wiped out the national debt in one year!

I don't know if Jon Stewart would do well in a debate setting. He's at his best when he rolls the videotape of politicians or journalists making fools of themselves. And that requires research and planning--something he wouldn't have time to do when he was trying to respond to Maher or Miller.
