It really bothers me that they are already planning a sequel to the Batman Superman film when it's probably going to suck.

Correction, the article says "open phase 3 film". I took that as the start of phase 3 when it just points out that this is a phase 3 film.

There is no sequel to that movie.
That movie is the sequel to Man of Steel.

Ah, as in "open slot for as yet un-named phase 3 film." Got ya.
ETA: Feige must really like the CA2 product because it looks like he's going back to the Russo brothers for 3. I think the only other repeats were Favreau for IM1 and 2, and Whedon for the 2 Avengers movies.

Ahhhhh, my bad. For some reason I was thinking that movie was going to be released sooner and that this must mean a sequel to it.

The buzz has been ridiculous and he's been saying that he wants them back for a couple of months now.
All good news for the Cap franchise. And Evans could play the role for another 10-12 years I think.
