Anyone else ready for some bream to bed up?

Me and lil head are about to go bonkers, it is only a few weeks away.

he wants to start digging worms now.

I'm all about that Chinquapin life. They come in right behind the sac-a-white-crappies, which is happening now.

I have not found them bedded in years, but I know where they go post spawn. Nice trips when The White Perch stop biting.

I wouldn't say "bedded up", but when I start catching chiquapin on my white perch spots, I know it's about over for the whitey's.

I keep the chinquapin too, but it's just an indicator that things are changing.

Buddy of mine and I were walking the bank once and stumbled on beds. Dropped out bass stuff and got some red worms. We caught every single fish.

Heck in still waitng to catch the bass on the beds. I'll worry about the bream may and June.
