Police chase on hln now, NOW IN 3RD STOLEN CAR, suspect caught

Guy stole red suv, runs from cops going wrong way on interstate. Stops car, steals another car now and is still fleeing the wrong way. This is happening in Colorado.

shite.....high speed chase with a kidnapped baby? Wtf do you do? You can't back off for fear of the babies safety but if you continue high speed chase the baby is very much in danger.

HAVE to keep eyes on him somehow, but give him enough space to be able to make a run for it. Just have to hope he takes the open space and decides to ditch the vehicle, while leaving the baby unharmed, and make a run for it on foot. That's the best case scenario. Once the baby is ok then go all out at the bastard, but until then you have to put the babies safety first. Priority number 1 has to be keeping the baby safe over catching the bad guy.
