My dad is there now and said there isnt shite going on. In fact, yesterday morning he didn't even fish and decided to work on the house instead. He fished yesterday afternonn and got two bites. The other guys in the neighborhood are saying the same thing.

wacky senkos in grass in less than 4' of water, watermelon red

At least that's what they were biting Sunday afternoon.

man that front must shut down everything. I am hoping warmer this week with the full moon and reports of fish with eggs in deeper water we will get a big wave of fish finally moving up.

Heading there tomorrow- Sunday.
Everyone I have talked to said I it is slow... traps and bama rigs on grass lines, senkos, flukes, and trick worms up shallow for cruisers.

Hope so, temps drop into the 30's tonight and tomorrow, but highs in the 60's and 70's... shouldnt cool the water down much.

Was there tues-Sunday last week. Tues-Thursday we caught five fish, no keepers. Friday afternoon I went for two hours alone and caught 2 keepers and two throwbacks.

Saturday my dad and I fished a tourney and caught a lot of fish, but no big ones. Weighed in 11 ponds. 28 won it! Don't know what they were doin

I had to leave Saturday night, but Sunday my dad caught 10 keepers by himself and a bunch of throwbacks he said.

Most of the fish were caught on spinnerbaits and senkos in 1-3 foot of water. They were pretty much all males, so the sows should be movin up really soon. Full moon this weekend so the big girls should be spawning!

My dad just called me and told me they started catching some white sac-au-crappie last night. Not a whole bunch but comapred to what they have been doing it was pretty good. This may be a sign that the fish are starting to move and eat again. Good luck.
