Seems Senator Feinstein doesn't like being spied upon.

But for all of us peasants...

The head of the Senate Intelligence Committee on Tuesday sharply accused the CIA of violating federal law and undermining the constitutional principle of congressional oversight as she detailed publicly for the first time how the agency secretly removed documents from computers used by her panel to investigate a controversial interrogation program.

[quote]Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) offered a full-throated defense of the government's collection of data on billions of American phone calls, saying Wednesday that the National Security Agency’s practices have safeguarded the nation without trampling on civil liberties.[quote]

At least our own government has laws they're supposed to be following. The Chinese are legally free to spy on their people whenever and for whatever reason they like. As such, they can spy on anyone they like, including foreigners.

I would worry way more about them than I would the NSA or FBI.

This is not her first foray into hypocrisy:

Let's limit 2nd Amendment rights... LINK

Meh. I really see no difference whatsoever. One govt pretends not to be allowed to do something that everyone acknowledges it does and the other just does it.

Functionally, the difference is exceedingly slight.

Look at the hypocracy of insider trading. Congress profits from research and investigations they see that the public does not. They also profit from knowing certain laws will be passed so they can invest in companies who will benefit from the laws.

Look at the hypocracy of the Do Not Call list. Why are Congress men and women allowed to call people on this list?

We could go on and on about those bums.
