Season 1 felt much more reasonable/possible. I know, its a knock off of the British version (which I plan to watch). But I find it hard to believe a sitting President would be so gullible as Walker was portrayed.

Lol. I guess if you view the President in the light of Obama instead of Clinton or Bush it has more of a real feel to it.

I don't think Walker was gullible so much as easy manipulated, especially by someone like Frank.

I think if anything it showed just how influential and manipulative Frank was, not so much speaking on Walker

but that's just my opinion

my problem with this show was after i finished season 2 i felt like there werent any likable characters.

did anyone else feel this way?

Frank was just such a dirty bastard and i just liked him less and less as the show went on

Being President doesnt make you smarter than you already were

They had already established that Tusk had been getting him to do anything he said for years, So its not out of character for him to be manipulated like that

Theyve been planting seeds of Walker being an incompetent president since season 1

Me too. The only time i disliked him was when he sold out Freddy, but at the end of the day i realize why he had to do that

Murderer or not, id probably vote for him

His UK counterpart was more likable. I guess accents make murder more tolerable.

At least he gets shite done.

I admire his can-do attitude as well. For all the negative personality traits he possesses there is a lot to learn from his character that can help you succeed in life.

Yep. He did more in 10 minutes as president than Walker did in 2 years.

There is no comparison, IMNSHO. There´s something about that show (the real HOC), that is absolutely hypnotic.

I don't think it jumped the shark. I just think it wasn't as sharply written as season 1. They also seem in too big of a hurry to get rid of characters and bring in new stories lines, which makes the progression a bit clunky.

Spoilers:

So having a sitting VP resign and run for his old seat as Governor is more reasonable?
