OT Runners ... Zydeco Marathon/Half Marathon in Lafayette

For those who are in the area and may not have heard there is a marathon/half marathon on March 30 ... the full is actually a double loop of the half.
Ran the course yesterday and it's nice .. not the quaintness of the Louisiana Half but it's nice and close to home.
Check out www.zydecomarathon.com and register! Think at this point there are 1300 half runners and 400 full ... great numbers for a first year!

Tell her there is about 1.3 miles of "slight elevations" ... wasn't bad but it's more elevation that where I run. Glad I went -- yeah, my hips/flexors were feeling it when I got out of the loop.
