Any OT computer ballers that can help me with the following solution?
I need to create a Macro button for Outlook to do the following:
Create a new message
Add a email to the To: field
Add a distribution group to the Bcc: field
I want to make it so that an employee can just click the button when doing group emails, so that I get a copy, and the distribution list each get individual copies.

that's absurdly lazy if the Distribution group is already set up...it's like 4 button clicks to do all that...
That said, go to the developer tab and under macro's there should be an option for record macro. turn it on, add the proper people to the To and BCC field and then stop macro. Should be that simple I'd imagine, but I'm not in outlook or at work to actually test it to know if it works

There is no record macro option in outlook that I can find. It has to be coded.

What version of outlook are you running...the developer tab is hidden by default.

2007 - and I already have the dev tab turned on. I can get into VBA editor to do the coding work. But been googling it over a hour and can't find a code to do what I want.
Trying to make it simple stupid for a person to do a 1click so that the distribution list goes to bcc so there is no way it gets sent out incorrectly.
