I have gone back and forth using various different types of cajun seasonings and am thinking about making my own. Just curious to see what everyone's favorite cajun seasoning is...

I went from Tony's to Slap Ya Momma to NuNu's fwiw. I thought about making my own before but NuNu's is just right for my taste.

I make my own: chili powder, paprika, white pepper, garlic and onion powder, cayenne pepper. I add the fresh ground black pepper and kosher salt as I season/cook
