Small or medium sized business owners: Do you enjoy dealing with the public?

Or do yo enjoy the work that you do? Or just the particular merchandise that you sell? Maybe it is only about the money?

All of the above. Plus I had the opportunity to enter politics by meeting so many people over the 10 years I have been in business.

That's exactly what I like to read about, not sure that I would want to go the political route, as long as I could influence other politicians with my business ideas
would like to ask what type of business you are in? General ideas is cool.

I'm health care.

So I love networking within the industry.

But the "general public" for me is patients, and patients are generally a pain in the arse.

I prefer commercial construction much more than residential because I hate dealing with people. People generally suck.

yes, when I start my business, it will be specifically for people on the go, that never want to slow down
Give them a little nice word, and let them know that you really do remember a little bit about them.
I think you really have to be interested in people though. I don't think you can fake that part.
