But, but, but we don't know all the facts of the incident. Maybe the puppy threatened the cop. Maybe it failed to comply. Maybe it was armed and the cop had to use deadly force. 
I'm sure the usual cop apologists will show up and try to defend this useless frick. And then say this is an isolated case. You know it's all due to the internet.

there is some great cops in this country, but the lower standards it takes to become is giving every cop a bad reputation. That is why you are hearing stories about errors that should have never happened.

Oh I'm sure the apologists will come on here saying since its a story on the internet its not true or its only a piece of the story the media chose to print to stir up controversy and make the cop look bad.
