I like radishes, and I bought some at the store, but I have no idea what to do with them. Any ideas? TIA.

Roast them like any root vegetable. Scrub to clean, cut in half, toss in olive oil the salt and pepper. Roast at 350 for about 15-20 minutes. Softens them a bit and makes them kind of sweet which with the salt makes them really tasty.
Clean, cut in half and use for dipping in like a soft cheese, ricotta, Brie something like that.

I was going to suggest roasting them, also. I just wash them really well. The flavor is totally different from the raw.
You can slice them and add them to salads for a good crunch. I like them sliced on sandwiches as well.

Heck yeah.. Roast them with brussel sprouts, turnips, parsnips, yams(great to offset the tart veggies), celery root and big red taters. Salt, Pepper and an oil.
So damn good.

Dammit! We ate all of our brussel sprouts and parsnips the other day!

Wash them, dip in sea salt and eat raw.
