Same director as "Prisoners", Denis Villeneuve. Next Floor

Gifs from this film are appreciated

It's 9 minutes, so if anyone has time to check it out, could you please explain to me WTF is going on here?!

Why do you think anyone will be able to explain what i just saw happen? That is the most unexplainable piece of film anyone has ever witnessed. I have no idea what happened nor why it happened ......

And i loved it!!!!!

Thanks dude! I see not much luck on the Fark board, so I'll try and get some attention by this bump. I like the last scene of him starring while the camera zooms in.

Looks like one of the seven deadly sins: Sloth.

They all went to hell in the end.

Must see? Not really.

Reminds me of the sloth scene in 7 on the lower levels. Notice the thing didn't crash out of sight (to HELL) until the last female started gorging herself?

I think some of y'all mean Gluttony (over indulgence), not Sloth (laziness).

I thought the film was very well done. They used facial and gestural expressions to show us their emotions, instead of using dialogue. Dark, strange, funny, gross and confusing. I appreciate art that makes the common folk feel uncomfortable.

By Denis Villeneuve
Based on an original idea by Phoebe Greenberg

During an opulent and luxurious banquet, complete with cavalier servers and valets, eleven pampered guests participate in what appears to be a ritualistic gastronomic carnage. In this absurd and grotesque universe, an unexpected sequence of events undermines the endless symphony of abundance.

Shown in over 200 festivals worldwide.

Winner of nearly 60 international prizes, amongst others:

Prix Canal + for best short film, Semaine de la Critique, Cannes Film Festival 2008

Genie and Jutra Awards for Best Live Action Short Drama (2009)
