anyone still seeing ducks? we went fishing out of venice saturday morning and saw couple hundred grays and teal while we were going down tiger pass. some of the bastards didn't even flinch when we blew by, less than 100yds away.

Last sunday, the crawfish ponds on 49 towards shreveport had a few, but not near as many as 2 weeks before. There are snow flurries up here this morning though

We still have a few mallards, teal, gads, and what not hanging around. The river is on the rise but we released the biggest majority of the water we hold for ducks. They will have to find somewhere else to vacation.

Went offshore out of Theriot 2 weeks ago. Coming in through Grand Bayou there were rafts of hundreds of greys scattered near the coast. They'd get up and go down without moving 100 yards. Just taunting us.

There were also more, ahem, geese of democratic orientation than I've ever seen gathered in one place.

My FIL went coyote hunting saturday evening in NWLA near the river and said he saw hundreds.

Somebody left their damn yeti open last night.
