Ideal Time to Extend Cam and Junior

In light of the news of the salary cap increases, this should be the ideal time to extend Cam Jordan and Junior Galette.
Both of them really had breakout years, and are about to hit their primes. We have reason to believe that both players will be even better next year and in the following years, so now is a great time to buy low.
A deal for Cam would fall somewhere between Antonio Smith (5 years, $35mil, $12.5mil guaranteed) and Justin Smith's previous deal (6 years, $45mil). Extending Cam means we're beating Houston to the punch before they extend/re-sign Watt because his deal is going to inflate the defensive end market. I think he'll approach $100mil over 7 years.
A deal for Junior might be a bit trickier because we still aren't sure if he's an OLB or a DE. But I'm going to go with Connor Barwin money (6 years, $36mil, $3mil guaranteed). I think Junior will probably get more guaranteed money, but something in that ballpark seems fair. I think Barwin is more of a Jack of all trades type player where Junior is more of a pass-rush only guy, but if I were rating their overall scores they'd be pretty close.
So what do you guys think?

Cam cannot be extended until year 4. I realize that is this season, but they were handcuffed up till this point. Junior is in the 2nd year of a 3 year deal. He is not getting a new extension this year.

They're both playing for dirt cheap right now and will combine for only about $10m next season. I wouldn't touch their deals until 2016 (franchise Cam, maybe let Junior walk.)

We have cut and are not resigning some players. I think we need to fill those spots first.
But I'm all for locking up Cam Jordan to a long term deal before he becomes a FA.

No need to do this right now. Get Jimmy signed, or tag and trade first.

Being that they're both coming off 12 sack seasons and are still playing for relatively cheap this year and next, no there is no reason to do new deals this year.
Galette has two years left on a monster bargain deal, and Jordan has one year on a rookie deal plus a team 5th year option which will be cheap compared to what a new per year deal would be.
Plus if you wait those two years the Brees extension will be in effect by then and he won't be taking up as big a piece of the pie.
Worse comes to worse you tag Jordan and let Junior walk if he gets overpaid. Or overpay Jordan ourselves and tag Junior. The end goal would be to give each one more long term deal after the next two years anyway.
