knew the answer to that one before I opened the post...that is one rich dude here in Dallas.

his son is a next door neighbor of a friend of mine, and he told me what he sold the Staubach Company for some years back. Staubach has always been the Man here in Dallas.

Yeah Staubach probably didn't make much when he was with the Cowboys, but his personality, demeanor, and work ethic have made him tremendously successful. All the money guys in baseball and basketball, is there any of them who has a story like this? I saw the story on Rathman and his billion dollar hedge fund, is there someone comparable in other sports?
