What part of the defense will he be helping with? How good of a recruiter is he?

Meh...all I got. I just have to believe several people turned down this job.
I'm NSU and LSU alum, so when he went to NSU I was following. Completely abandoned the New Orleans recruiting base NSU had and went with all East Texas kids, the result was a disaster, NSU was not competitive in the SLC and by not competitive I mean doormat.

Defensive line is the rumor. His results recruiting were good getting kids to campus. Those kids' individual outcomes once they got to campus are generously described as mixed (some good some not what LSU hoped).
