Police checking on reported damage to a car belonging to Richie Incognito, the player at the center of the Miami Dolphins' bullying scandal, say Incognito told an officer he did the damage himself.

quote:

Sgt. Mark Clark says the Dolphins guard took responsibility when police contacted him Thursday. He says police first went to Incognito's home Wednesday after being contacted by TMZ Sports and given a photo of a black Ferrari with several dents in its hood and a baseball bat in front of the vehicle. A part of the bat is lodged in the car's grill.

Clark says further details are unavailable because no report was filed as no crime was reported. He said Scottsdale police are done with the matter.

so TMZ sends pictures of his damaged car to the police and they just saddle up, show up at his house, and investigate? If no report is filled why would they even look into this?

Those cops must have been bored if they are using TMZ as a lead for a dented Ferrari.

Exactly.

He will take to twitter in a month and say

"Jonathon, YOU COME to MY house and BEAT my HOOD of my FEZZA and then I protect you and you KEEP being such a little BITCH I have to tell PEOPLE the TRUTH."

PEEJ is an Incognito alter.

Idiot's been kicked off 2 college football teams and now 2 in the NFL.Drunk or not, he now takes a bat to his own fancy car. And yet, there are those here who want him on their team.

I just want to know why the police would investigate if the car is at his house, no complaint has been filed, and TMZ just shows up with pictures of his fricked up car. If nobody calls the police why would they go get involved with it? I fricking despise TMZ and every single person involved with that organization.

Am I the only one that thinks I could make some larger dents than those on a hood with a bat?

The fact that "Team Incognito" exists is disturbing.

So the media is basically just going to hound him and contribute to further ruining his life and won't quit til he offs himself.

Am I far off here?

I'm indifferent towards him, but how could anyone say the "love this guy?" What does he do to make you think he is so great? Cue the 'bro he smashes fine girls/cars, parties, doesn't give a frick!' people

If you mean TMZ then yes. I know I'm not helping by creating topics but I just find it insane that this is a head story and that police actually bothered him about it
