Redfishing this weekend

Is anyone going fishing this weekend? Thinking about going to Delacroix on Saturday. The tide looks fairly flat and it's a new moon. What y'all think?

If you go and skunk out it still beats the shite out of going to a parade. I wouldn't worry about getting out there early. When the water warms up they will start feeding in the ponds.

I'm either going kayak fishing for reds, bass/sac/perch fishing in the Spillway, or staying home if the weather sucks.

Driving in from Dothan, AL Fri. Parades with the boys vs. Fishing Lafitte Sat. AM. One of my boys would fish in a shallow parking lot puddle. One could care less. Leaving Sunday....

If the weather is nice, I'm going to try to do a hook up on BKFC. If not, I'll probably drive to Reggio or Golden Meadow early on Saturday and do some fishing.
I really want to learn Reggio because of the largemouth. Is this a good time to try it out?

I plan on fishing this weekend..even thought about trying the Causeway. Anyone hear of anything happening on the North Side of the Causeway recently?
Or should I make the run to Slidell and fish the ICW for some reds?
