More problems for Tommy Spinosa. CoA ruled he did not have control over the entire development. Kudos to the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Metro Council for not having all of the facts before they gundecked this development.

It' means the Metro Council did not due thier due diligence before they approved this project. They probably had to approve it before Mr. Spinosa stopped payment on the checks he wrote to them.

The city parish should never get in business with Spinosa ever, and any project he advances should be looked over with a fine tooth comb for any irregularities at least three times.

This sounds to me like the Metro Council took him at his word that he had complete control over the entire 124 acres when, in fact, he did not.
