The Big Bass Pro shop is around the corner. Sat afternoon is supposed to be nice. Might go across the street and Play Cowboys Golf Club. Could go to Dallas and take in a Stars game at 2:00 Sat afternoon. There's a Bobs Steak house in Grapevine if you are looking for a good steak. Other than that - not a whole lot there...
ETA: Frankly, I am always baffled by the attraction of that place. And don;t get me wrong I've gone there for a weekend myself and I live 30 minutes away. The kids love the water slides and indoor pool. And the treasure hunt game. But almost nothing for adults to be entertained by there.

Big Fish Grill in downtown Grapevine is good. Top Golf in The Colony is not too far of a drive. They just opened an indoor skydiving place a little further down the road from Top Golf. Jerry World is probably open for tours if that interests you.
