How long does vacuum sealed smoked chicken stay good?

Smoked chicken stuffed with boudin, to be exact.

Got one from City Pork but didn't have a chance to cook it and kind of forgot about it...

if it's vacuumed, it should be good for two years. however, the rice in the boudin might not be too good anymore.

Eat it. If its texture is off, it's probably not good.

Vacuum sealed in the ice box should be GTG For up ti 2 weeks but make damn sure you cook it to 170 at least.
