Quickbook questions

Is it possible to make the customer purchase order # on Sales Order carry over to Purchase Order? I enter it on SO then create PO but the order number box is blank.

How can I remove the red high priority (!) from my sales orders, purchase orders and invoices? We use Microsoft Outlook. Every one we send out has the !

I've researched each but can't figure it out.
