Monsters U just started playing on Starz this week so I decided to give it a watch since I like the Pixar films.

I enjoyed 5/6 of the movie but the ending just seemed very very poorly done.

***Spoliers***

I thought for sure when Roz showed up at the end she was going to somehow bring them along to Monsters INc after seeing what they could do. Working their way up thru the mail room just seemed kind of lame.

Thoughts??

I agree. I thought the same exact thing when seeing Roz (didn't know that was her name bye the way). I mean they had just pulled off the scare of all time. They filled all those canisters!

ETA: I watched it on Starz also.

This. It's a kids movie and as much as Americans think their precious little snowflakes deserve blah blah blah, they need to understand the consequences of their actions.

That being said, wasn't it part of the story of Monsters Inc that Mike and Sully worked their way up thru the mail room? In the Pixar universe, continuity is everything.
