Louisiana is number four.
Which makes perfect sense.
I personally am a Fundamentalist Moop, and very Orthodox in my views.

It feels more like:

Very: 25%
Very VERY: 70%
Pretending to be but not really: 4.9%
Non-religious: .1%

I don't know what they call "very religious", but I can tell you a large amount of people who answer that on a survey go to church twice a year and don't actively practice it.

I think that is actually a little low.

I'm surprised that Utah isn't #1.

New Orleans is notably absent from the Bible Belt.

Oh man. I showed my anti-religious bias in a sophomoric way by misspelling the word and adopting the language of the Loony Left there alienating all my buddies, didn't I?

Either that or I was just being goofy, momentarily forgetting the life and death struggles that are The Culture Wars.

Either way, I give myself a Five minute self-ban.
