How much to dig a 1/4-1/2 acre pond and building a house pad.

A good place to start would be with the Depth of pond and size of House.

Depends on man hours and diesel price. Call Seal Dirtwork. We have dug plenty of ponds and they dug the only one for us that dosent leak

I could give you a price as soon as I know how deep you want the pond and the elevations of your exixting grade and what grade you want to go to.

Need to know existing grade and elevation you want for top of pad.

Land is flat.
Pad would need to be at least. 18" above existing land
Pad approximately 100 ft from pond
