Anyone tried this beer from Italy?

Wife went to Eataly in NYC and brought this back for me in a 50ml bottle.

Intrigued by what I've read about it (a barely carbonated high alcohol sort of wild yeast brew). I'm not even quite sure how to serve it (temp, glass, etc.), and was wondering if anyone had any experience with this or anything similar.

ETA, and how the frick do I pronounce it?

I've had Baladin before, but don't think I've had that particular one.

Never had it. Seems to be like a barley wine. I'd age the shite out of it. Serve it around 55* in a snifter.
