I think this administration is a reflection of America, personally.

I think that he is clearly a liar, but we knew that was likely in 2008...we knew if for sure in 2012 and still re-elected him.

I think Obama is very intelligent...but I think he is also an ideologue and probably disinterested on some level with things that do not bring him satisfaction, regardless of the issue (a poor quality indeed for a public servant). I also think that because he seems to be an "end's justify the means" type guy, he has no moral objection to lying to progress his agenda. Sadly, this is not altogether different than a majority of politicians.

The short answer is "Yes."

The more complete answer is "Yes, he's both."

But, in Billy's defense, no one has blatantly lied as much as Obama. And, he does it because his Komrades in the mainstream media will not call him on it so he knows beforehand he can get away with it.

ETA: Oh yeah, and because he's half black, if you point out his lies you must be a racist. Just ask Obama -- and his brain-dead Kool-Aid drinking followers (Rex, VOR, VB, Spidey, et. al.).
