My mom actually thought of writing a book of all of the clean bathrooms in cities she has been to 15yrs ago for Frommers. Never got around to it

It's a nice idea but aren't they banking on people having cell service to use it?
My phone is useless at mardi gras because I don't get a signal due to the networks being overloaded

They have begun bringing in extra mobile towers lately like they do at LSU games. No trouble with Verizon

Can't even imagine the clusterfrick of the bathroom situation because it was pretty hectic for the Sugar Bowl. Hand grenade went straight thru me and I nearly shite pants in the middle of the street.

The crowd down that way is way different than what goes on downtown. No doubt there would still be a lot of drunks, but if you make $100 for each day/night of big parades (Thurs-Tues), that's $700.

During Mardi gras the women's bathroom tend to be worse than the guys. I always take an Imodium on those long festival days. Keeps me from having to shite

If I had a bathroom accessible without going through the house, I'd do it. Post some rules. Have an attendant. No problem.
