I was listening on the radio and hearing them talk about all the good benefits it has. I was wondering if anyone here takes it and if they do?

I'm in my mid twenties and was also wondering if this was just needed for older people being they do not have as much CoQ10 as they age.

What's the OT say? TIA

I take it because I also take a statin.

But, I'm old.

Even young people can be deficient in Co Q10

I take it when I have a bottle but not all the time. More energy through the day. Noticeably faster recovery times after workouts.

But you get what you pay for. The cheapest bottle wont have the quality you need.

Just started last week because I take a statin and
have pains in my arms.

Coenzyme Q10 is a natural antioxidant synthesized by the body, found in many foods, and available as a supplement

I take it along with a few other supplements my neurologist recommended to prevent migraines. It works for me for that purpose. I've heard of its heart benefits, etc and hope it's true, I can use all the help I can get. I'm old, 44.
