How can a 6'6" QB with a cannon for an arm who played in the SEC for a NFL coordinator be considered a "sleeper"? Lol. That shite is dumb. And I'm a sunshine pumper. So you know I love positive stuff. That is just stupid

Because other qbs have been in the media more than he has.

In the media? That's a horrible answer. "In the media". A ULL QB would be a sleeper. Or a Tech QB would be a sleeper. You will NEVER sell me on the idea that Mett is a "sleeper".

There are 3 other QB's that the media and pundits have been slobbering over for months. None of the 3 is slow and recovering from a torn ACL.

He had one good season and comes from a team who has put out zero nfl qbs in five years. Yeah, I'd say that's a sleeper.

He is ""NOT a Sleeper"". He played at LSU who is on TV for every game. He had TWO (2), TWO, yes I said TWO 1,000 yard WR this past year to go with a cannon arm, who can make all the throws. He is not a sleeper. After the 4-5th game he went down a bit as I could see that LM took over some of the offense because first 4 games were like gang busters

Yea definitely not a sleeper.

You can say he is underrated. But calling him a sleeper is a misrepresentation of what most NFL teams think about him

Would Jameis Winston be considered a sleeper if he were coming out this year. I see Fla St. puts out great QB's every year. Is Bridgewater a sleeper at Louisville, as I see all those QB's Louisville put out the past 5 years.

And I hate that little imoticon!!!

That is like saying Ryan P. would have been a sleeper if he would have gone to McNeese State, not LSU. Well, everyone of the scouts would have started getting air tickets to Lake Charles.

A sleeper is off the radar or slightly off the radar. Russell Wilson was a legitimate sleeper as he went mid rounds and started his first year, then won a Super Bowl right after. Joe Montana was a sleeper going as a late round pick then winning the Super Bowl many times over.

So can we table this discussion to after his first season to see if he is a sleeper?

I think what they meant by sleeper was, he's not going 1st round but could end up starting on a roster in his first two seasons! That is a sleeper. A kid that falls in the draft but comes in and starts!

The guy you're responding to is an idiot, you should probably just let it go.
