I'm looking to consolidate all my gun stuff for both practical purposes and to appease the ol'lady since I have random AR/gun parts between my closet, my underwear drawer, and my home office/computer room.

Its nothing serious, just extra handles from old LPKs, allen wrenches, rollpins, BCG/bolt, ammo, earpro, stuff like that. I was wanting to get a small yet roomy bag (if that makes sense) or something similar that I could put a bunch of these items in to clean up around here. I have an ammo box and most of my ammo is in there already except 4 or 5 boxes.

So what are you OBers using?

Links, pictures, specific names for me to look up would be helpful, I'm hoping to get some opinions from people that actually use these bags and not going off a description on a website.

Thanks.

I use a tool box for extra parts, cleaning equipment, special tools.

For range gear, I use an Eberlestock Gunslinger pack. Most earpro, eyepro, small cleaning kit, data books, small tool set, etc just sits in this bag until I got to the range.

What about those big plastic boxes at wal mart? Not for the range but to put some of that stuff away in attic.

Yeah I thought about that, but I had limited attic space so it will more than likely stay in my closet in the box, and I would still need a range bag.

I use this. Tons of space and a bunch of pockets.

You don't own enough ammo.

I dont, only about 500 rounds of 300, maybe 250 of 223 and about 100 or so of 9mm.

Not all of it is in the can, I have a few loaded out magazines too.

I'm rather partial to 5.11 gear. I have their range qualifier bag and works very well for going out to shoot. 5.11 tends to be a bit on the expensive side for some of their stuff but it is extremely well made. I get a discounted rate for EMS, so that makes it easier to buy for me

I have a range bag from Competitive Edge Dynamics. Not cheap but an excellent bag. Hard bottom so you can carry plenty of ammunition without the bag sagging. Places for everything you need at the range.
