Lost all Faith in Monty. Dell on Thin Ice Club

Monty has to be let go after this season. If Dell doesn't make that happen he needs to go too.

So everyone keeps saying moves are made by Dell alone (i disagree) and you lose faith in Monty (i have none) because of no moves on the deadline?

I'm getting there.
I've definitely lost faith in Monty as a head coach.
Dell has put together a weird roster. I'm willing to give him another season to get it together and make us a competitive team. After that...peace out.

If Jrue comes back in a week, Monty and Dell will have about a 2 month audition to see if they'll be back next season.. Sink or swim time.

I am happy that some of the moves weren't made. This gives Rivers a chance at least to continue to impress going forward, although with Jrue coming back the likelihood of racking up DNP-CDs seems likely with YMCA Roberts soaking up leftover minutes.
Dell is the GM of this team. It falls on him to evaluate Monty's performance, and so far I have seen nothing to make me believe that he is even on the fence with our moronic coach.
Put it this way. If Dell thinks Monty is doing a great job as our head coach, I have absolutely zero faith in his ability to put together a contending team.

I'd give them anything they want next deadline outside of Jrue and AD...

His last interview I saw Dell said Monty is going a good job.
