You want to see who hits harder, punch each other or wait until you're in jail and see how it works for you punching somebody who punches back. I hope Hillar's office goes after these assholes with a vengeance.

Two minors are beating the shite out of a 55 year old man, another adult man witnesses this and intervenes, resulting in the teens getting the shite beat out of them in the process. Is the man who intervenes in the shite because he hit some minors?
I'd just like to know just in case I'm in that situation and what my options would be.

well since we're assuming 55 yr old would live, it all would go to court and lets say there were no other witnesses
it'd be the kids word against the two adults
good chance that the kids story will change....because they're kids, which will vindicate the adults
kids would probably have state appointed lawyers and adults would probably have well paid lawyers to note, so i think no matter what initial charges were doled out the adults would win,
