Thoroughly impressed with the work they've done since 1/2. Truly awe inspiring.

I still like to hear "good job" when I close a big deal at work.

Thanks for the hard work coaches. Us true fans appreciate the hard work.

And you know he belongs at QB or would have been a good QB because....???

Still... 1 player over about a 10 year span.

not only the lack of utilizing players potential, but also play calls/decisions.

ex 1: alabama 2012: 4th and 12 around our 40ish. Les miles calls fake punt. expects brad wing to go 12 yards, plus the extra 5-6 since he's lined up in punt formation against the #1 defense in the country. ends up losing a yard on the play. alabama ball and scores on ensuing possession.

ex 2: ole miss 2009: play clock meltdown...pretty self explanatory...

ex 3: alabama bcs national championship: refusing to put jarrett lee in the game

these are only a few of the many, plus he has absolutely no control over his players off the field

ex 1: jordan jefferson
ex 2 : jeremy hill
ex 3 : jeryl brazil

Again, you have given 0 evidence for this "lack of utilizing players". All you said was Shep. And thats not even a legit argument considering the fact that he couldnt play QB. Regardless, ill even give you that. So thats 1 player, in a 10 year span.

Every coach has a handful of blemishes on their resumes... even Saban. All coaches make mistakes. There isnt a "perfect coach" and never will be. Fans always agree or disagree with every decision a coach makes.

What about the guy in you avi? You dont mention him when it comes to players getting into trouble off of the field.

A head football coach in the SEC isnt a babysitter. Hes not with them when they go out or when they do something stupid. These are 18-22 year old young men. If they cant act properly, its their fault. Not Les or the coaching staff. And that goes for any and every college as well. And every team has players that get into trouble. Especially in the SEC.

And we are in the bottom half of the SEC when it comes to players arrested in the last few years. Mizzou, UF, UGA, Arky, Ole Miss, Kentucky, Auburn and Alabama all have had more arrests than we have.

We also have the #1 graduation rate in the SEC for football player IIRC.
