just witnessed the weirdest thing..

so I'm on my way to school this morning and I see a guy probably mid to late 20's in age walking around my neighborhood with a stroller and nothing in it.. I honestly have no idea what to think of that... any insight?

No worse than the guy shown on tv last night shoveling snow at a Wal-Mart. Dude was throwing it over in a shopping basket. Going right out the bottom of the cart but he kept on shoveling.
