looking at moving into some frontier/emerging markets now that US has peaked...read a few nice things about the commies prospects...any thoughts?

ETA:

VNM is the only ETF I know of focused on Vietnam

ETA2:

added VCVOF as another option

On what grounds? Market P/E ratios are not so bad. 10YR CAPE ratios are a little high, but what is your rationale?

not a statement of fact, just my view based on..

* bull market has run far and long, investors seem to have become a little 'tired'
* valuations are definitely not excessive, but seem slightly above fair
* some tech stocks are definitely WAY overpriced, including a few I own (DDD & FB)
* I think the US market will pick up 8-9% this year, but others could do better

I'm not trying to pick the top, but I think we're getting pretty close
