eta: they can file whatever they want but you can contest it and if they don't drop it after that sounds like you got to set a courtdate.

You need to call that law office ASAP. If it's anything but an unfortunate mixup or mistaken identity, you need to call the state bar association.

Well, that's not good. I'd call the state BAR. Its probably in all the News papers if Dr has been served.

Ok. Yeah sounds as if you may be called as a witness or give some type of testimony( maybe just a written statement) saying what you were prescribed and for how long.
