I have a friend with a dog named Queso.

When Spanish-speakers are intorduced to this dog they invariably look at my buddy and ask "You named your dog cheese?"

wonderful name for a dog.

fyi before you buy a st. bernard make sure to research them. I hear they are high maintenance and really expensive.

Yes, the Saints used to have a dog named Gumbo that would run out and retrieve the kicking tee after kickoffs. However, they got in trouble when he pooped on the field in the Superdome during a game.

I had a dog named Gumbo and he was maybe the greatest dog I've ever had. So yes.
