Question for Houston oil and gas folks?

Several people have told me that shell bought a large parcel of land up near Conroe past the Exxon metropolis.
I haven't seen anything officially announced.
Is this true? If so what is it going to be for?

Personally I think Shell is going to be a large part of the m/a moves we all expect to see in energy. As far as I can tell, they don't have much assets in the nat gas boom. I know their name comes up all the time when it comes to buying CHK and SD. I wouldn't be shocked to see them make some major buys soon.

I heard they bought it as well....supposedly I think it is the old boy scout Camp Strake area right off of 45 south of Conroe.
