We all know Football is #1 and Baseball is #2, how long do we give Jones to make the Basketball team relevant again?

2016 bruh Ben Simmons (if we keep him). Should have a really talented roster assembled by then.

As soon as Johnny starts coaching or when we get someone who can.

It'll never be ready in time.

Apparently, the team will always be "young." So, the answer is never because they are "young" and LSU is not a basketball school. So sorry.

1 full recruiting class, a very disappointing stretch of a few games, and all of a sudden Jones isn't the guy for the job and we won't be relevant until we get a new coach.

Gotta love our fans!

When we change conferences. It's basic supply/demand. Similar to the big 10 in football.

Whenever we signs of him making his whole team play at full speed and execute the fundamentals of defense CONSISTENTLY.

For me when, upon a shot being taken, I see each player turn and hustle to find the opponent whom they are supposed to be guarding and make a proper attempt to block him out. every. time.

A team that boxes out on every play is a team that is probably being coached on all of the other defensive fundamentals of the game and a team that will win far more many games than they lose.

This is very disappointing for me wallow.

Look, we all know the talent is coming in and with the family pipeline to U-High and a suddenly improving local basketball talent crop, that's going to continue.

But this defensive malaise I don't get. Either he don't know what he's doing or he's not getting it across to his players.

Cause I can't believe with this collection of athletes we can't defend any better than this against what are frankly 3 of the worse offensive teams in the SEC...Bama 82...Georgia 91....A$M 83.

2016. Hopefully. Ben Simmons and hopefully one of Mickey/Martin are still here at that point. Things are looking up.
