Anyone here ever used one? Id imagine its a high quality firearm since its made by Sig Sauer

Never shot one but I'm sure they're fine. I'm not real fond of the tactical look. But to each his own.

I shot one in December. I then proceeded to shoot a Colt 1911 (I can't remember if it was "The Rail Gun" or the XSE). The Colt felt loads better and grouped better. The Scorpion was 'ok' but not as comfortable to shoot.

My best friend is the guy who designed the Sig Scorpion 1911. He's considered one of the greatest firearm engineers of our time. Anyways, he told me it's a really solid weapon.

I've got one with the threaded barell. It shoots amazing. Smooth, no malfunctions so far. Nice groups at 25 yards. Best handgun I've ever shot.
