Reminds me of a time way back when. Me and some buddies were in a club.. we were in early 20's.. one of us had killed a deer and were taking our time skinning it out. An older guy, came over and said.. let me show you boys how to dress a deer out, yall are too slow. First cut busted the gut open and he puked. He never tried to show us anything again.

I made a slight cut into the guts a long time ago. And I mean slight, and the smell was atrocious. I can't image getting gallons of it sprayed on you like that. Would have been puking for a month

I am very careful about not gut shooting animals after doing so on my second deer ever. Absolutely cannot stand the bile smell. Reason I started doing the gutless method of butchering; less chance of me slicing the stomach.

Dude was in there hacking away. Gotta take your time and be careful.
