So, I'm roughly planning on being in Barcelona from December 26/27th to Saturday, January 3rd as of now. Would love to see FC Barcelona while there.

It appears teams come off winter break roughly the following Saturday, Sunday and Monday after NYE.

I'm not the most knowledgeable fan on scheduling, so is it random if Barcelona plays on Sat/Sunday or Monday? and is this the common timeframe? Are there traditional scheduling issues/conventions I need to know about? Looks like I may have an opportunity for January 6th return. Just trying to gather some info since I have to book far in advance of a schedule being released.

I also imagine they could be away from home, but I have to roll the dice. I'd be interested in any other possible clubs to watch as well.

Thanks,

There 2 La Liga clubs in the city. Barcelona and Espanyol.
It appears that when one is away, the other is home.
