I've eaten one meal in LC and it was at El Tapatio. Was there for a soccer tournament my son played in. It was better than decent.

Victoria's Taqueria is probably the best. It looks a little seedy, but it's legit. I don't know if they're open for dinner, though.

When I look for good mexican I want badass chips n salsa. Other than that I get a cheap quesadila and beer.
