dude should proof read before sending that shite in. Also, he demands proof and yadda yadda, but uh....what if they provide a picture of him and his face in the intersection while the light is red? He's basically just crossing his fingers that the court will be lazy and just not give a shite. If they actually do provide the evidence he was speeding (which he likely was) then he looks like a damn fool.

Traffic laws are local government, the Constitution is not.
